At the start of March, the DUBC women’s squad travelled south to compete in the annual Women’s Head of the River Race. Held on Saturday 8th March, the event saw far more favourable conditions than the previous year. Facing a highly competitive field, the squad delivered a strong performance and came away with some very promising results:
Women’s 1V - 18th
Women’s 2V - 32nd
The women now set their sights on regatta season, with BUCS Regatta as their next major challenge. Having claimed the Victor Ludorum title for three consecutive years, they’re hungry to defend their title and continue their winning legacy.
