Durham University BC has produced many outstanding athletes. Among them are the recent Olympians: Sophie Hosking, Angus Groom, Lindsey Maguire, Will Fletcher, Louisa Reeve, Stephen Rowbotham and cox, Lily van den Broecke.
We have several Alumni events throughout the year, the first being the Annual Alumni Dinner on the evening of the Head of the River.

At Henley we invite all alumni to a Pimms tent on the Saturday early evening on the cricket pitch.
Alumni Boat Club
We are aiming to launch an official Alumni Boat Club at the Head of the River Dinner on the 30th March 2019. London Rowing Club have very kindly agreed to host us and we are very much looking forward to building a relationship with them.
